In een organisatie met een belangrijke maatschappelijke opdracht werk je mee aan de financiële sturing, rapportering en kwaliteitsbewaking binnen een complexe omgeving met zowel publieke als industriële activiteiten. Je leidt meerdere financiële teams en draagt bij aan een uniforme, efficiënte en toekomstgerichte financiële werking. Het takenpakket omvat onder meer:

  • Ontwikkelen en implementeren van een duidelijke visie rond compliance, procesoptimalisatie en resourceplanning.
  • Coördineren van het volledige budget- en businessplancyclus voor de geconsolideerde cijfers van de groep.
  • Opstellen en kritisch beoordelen van strategische financiële rapporteringen en managementrapporten.
  • Optimaliseren en automatiseren van afsluitprocessen, procedures en rapporteringstools met focus op transparantie.
  • Bewaken van de naleving van boekhoudregels voor zowel publieke als private entiteiten en coördineren van interne en externe audits.
  • Respecteren van BE GAAP en regelgeving rond publieke boekhouding en garanderen van correcte maand-, kwartaal- en jaarafsluitingen.
  • Fungeren als aanspreekpunt voor auditors en toezichthoudende instanties en zorgen voor een vlotte auditcoördinatie.
  • Implementeren en opvolgen van interne controlesystemen om financiële risico’s te detecteren en te beperken.
  • Coördineren van fiscale verplichtingen, waaronder directe en indirecte belastingen.
  • Beheren en optimaliseren van investeringsportefeuilles en adviseren over strategische investeringsbeslissingen.
  • Leiden, coachen en motiveren van multidisciplinaire teams binnen FP&A, accounting en sales.
  • Maximaliseren van teamperformantie door talentontwikkeling, samenwerking en efficiënte taakverdeling.
  • Flexibel werken tussen de sites in Brussel en Dessel.
  • Masterdiploma in een economische of financiële richting zoals toegepaste economische wetenschappen, handelsingenieur of accountancy & audit.
  • Minimaal 8 jaar managementervaring binnen een industriële en/of (semi-)publieke context.
  • Aantoonbare expertise in boekhouding, rapporteringstools en ERP‑systemen.
  • Sterke leiderschapsvaardigheden en ervaring in het aansturen van multidisciplinaire teams.
  • Proactieve en pragmatische ingesteldheid met de capaciteit om verandering te initiëren en processen te transformeren.
  • Integriteit, kwaliteitsgerichtheid en flexibiliteit om te schakelen tussen publieke en industriële dynamieken.
  • Professionele beheersing van het Nederlands, Frans en Engels.
