The posting

Voor een toonaangevende Belgische organisatie actief binnen een technisch en maatschappelijk kritische sector zijn we op zoek naar een Corporate Finance Manager. In deze sleutelpositie neem je de verantwoordelijkheid over de financiële activiteiten van twee nauw verbonden entiteiten. Je combineert strategisch financieel inzicht met sterk people management en zorgt ervoor dat accounting, controlling en sales optimaal samenwerken.

Jobomschrijving

Als Corporate Finance Manager rapporteer je rechtstreeks aan de CFO en geef je leiding aan multidisciplinaire financiële teams. Je bouwt verder aan een efficiënte, uniforme en toekomstgerichte financiële werking.

Je belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Aansturen, coachen en ontwikkelen van teams binnen FP&A, controlling, accounting en sales
  • Bewaken en verder uitbouwen van de financiële strategie en processen
  • Coördineren van budgettering, forecasting en business planning op groepsniveau
  • Opstellen, analyseren en kritisch beoordelen van financiële en managementrapporteringen
  • Optimaliseren en digitaliseren van processen rond closing, reporting en financiële data
  • Toezien op een correcte toepassing van BE GAAP en relevante overheidsregelgeving
  • Coördineren van jaarafsluitingen, audits en contacten met externe controle- en toezichtsorganen
  • Uitbouwen en opvolgen van een sterk intern controlesysteem en financieel risicobeheer
  • Coördineren van fiscale verplichtingen, waaronder btw en directe belastingen
  • Opvolgen en optimaliseren van de investeringsportefeuille en adviseren van het management bij financiële beslissingen

We zoeken een ervaren financiële leider die graag structuur brengt, mensen verbindt en verandering realiseert.

Je beschikt over:

  • Een masterdiploma in een economische of financiële richting, zoals TEW, Handelsingenieur of Accountancy & Audit
  • Minimaal 8 jaar relevante ervaring in een managementfunctie, bij voorkeur binnen een industriële en/of publieke omgeving
  • Ervaring met het aansturen en ontwikkelen van multidisciplinaire teams
  • Een sterke inhoudelijke basis in accounting, financiële rapportering en controlling
  • Ervaring met ERP-systemen en financiële rapporteringstools
  • Een ondernemende en pragmatische leiderschapsstijl, met het vermogen om verschillende stakeholders op één lijn te krijgen
  • Een uitstekende professionele kennis van Nederlands, Frans en Engels
