Tegen tienen spar je met een wijkmanager over een lastige vacature. 's Avonds sta je bij een MikzWerkt!--evenement voor iedereen die interesse heeft in het werken op de BSO, en tussendoor bel je nog even met een kandidaat die twijfelt. Geen dag is hetzelfde, en dat is precies wat deze rol zo interessant maakt. Wat maakt deze rol bijzonder? Voor iedere kandidaat die solliciteert, én voor de professionals die je zelf benadert, ben jij het gezicht van Mikz. Je schrijft vacatureteksten die mensen echt aanspreken, zoekt gericht naar geschikte kandidaten en klopt zelf bij hen aan, via LinkedIn of andere kanalen. Voor functies waar we vaker voor werven, bouw je talentpools op en houd je actief contact met potentiële kandidaten. Van eerste contact tot aanstelling begeleid je sollicitanten door het hele proces, en zorg je dat iedereen zich onderweg welkom voelt. Mikz telt elf wijken, elk met een eigen wijkmanager die zijn of haar vacatures bij jou aanmeldt; voor elke vacature ben jij dan ook het vaste aanspreekpunt, van intake tot aanstelling. Maar je kijkt ook verder dan de vacature van vandaag. Ons werkgeversmerk, nu én in de toekomst, is net zo goed jouw zaak, operationeel én strategisch. Je adviseert leidinggevenden over de juiste wervingsstrategie en denkt mee over welke kanalen het beste werken per doelgroep. In de uitvoering trek je nauw op met ons team Marketing & Communicatie: samen bedenken jullie de content voor onze arbeidsmarktcommunicatie, waarna zij die verder vormgeven, verfijnen en inplannen. Zo bouw je samen met hen aan een sterk employer brand. Dat gaat verder dan online: denk aan relaties met mbo- en hbo-opleidingen en bureaus voor campusrecruitment, een plek op stagemarkten en beroepenvoorlichtingen, en steeds weer nieuwe manieren om Mikz zichtbaar te maken waar toe...
