Als Corporate Recruiter bij NRG-Office ben je verantwoordelijk voor het vinden en aannemen van onze eigen interim Supply Chain professionals én werk je aan vaste vacatures voor verschillende opdrachtgevers. Je krijgt veel vrijheid in hoe je jouw werk organiseert en schakelt dagelijks met kandidaten, collega's en klanten. Nieuwsgierig? Lees dan snel verder. Wat ga je doen? Als Corporate Recruiter richt jij je op zowel onze interim dienstverlening als werving & selectie. Je gaat actief op zoek naar Supply Chain talent dat je aanneemt als nieuwe collega bij NRG-Office. Deze professionals gaan vervolgens vanuit ons aan de slag op interim opdrachten bij verschillende opdrachtgevers. Daarnaast ondersteun je klanten bij het vinden van de juiste kandidaat voor vaste vacatures. Je werkt meestal aan vijf tot tien aanvragen tegelijk. Soms zijn dat meerdere vacatures bij één opdrachtgever, maar vaak schakel je tussen verschillende organisaties en functies. Het grootste deel van jouw tijd besteed je aan kandidaten. Je zoekt geschikte professionals, voert screenings en intakegesprekken en begeleidt hen tijdens de sollicitatieprocedure. Daarbij kijk je verder dan alleen werkervaring: ook ambities, persoonlijkheid en de juiste werkomgeving spelen een belangrijke rol. Je bent onder andere verantwoordelijk voor: - Zoeken en benaderen van supply chain professionals via LinkedIn, ons netwerk en andere kanalen; - Voeren van telefonische screenings en persoonlijke intakegesprekken met kandidaten (zowel op o...
