Zonder de juiste mensen op de juiste plek staan onze lijnen stil. Als Corporate Recruiter zorg jij dat we die mensen vinden en bouw je mee aan teams die elke dag onze bakkerij laten draaien. Dit krijg je van ons Bij De Graaf Bakeries krijg je vertrouwen en verantwoordelijkheid. Je werkt in een organisatie die blijft groeien en investeren in mensen en ontwikkeling. Je krijgt ruimte om recruitment verder te professionaliseren binnen de kaders van de organisatie. Dat zie je terug in: · Een salaris tussen € 4.831 en € 5.926 bruto per maand (o.b.v. 38 uur), afhankelijk van kennis en ervaring. Dit wordt in een vroeg stadium met je besproken. · Een arbeidsovereenkomst voor bepaalde tijd met uitzicht op een vast dienstverband. · 25 vakantiedagen (o.b.v. fulltime) en een extra vrije dag op je verjaardag. · Pensioenopbouw via het Bakkerspensioenfonds. · Reiskostenvergoeding van € 0,23 per km of gebruik van het fietsplan. · Mogelijkheid tot één dag per week thuiswerken (in overleg). · Maandelijkse donderdagmiddagborrel en af en toe teamuitjes. Vereisten Wie ben jij als Corporate Recruiter? · Met minimaal drie jaar ervaring in recruitment en hbo werk- en denkniveau beheers je het vak. Je denkt planmatig en kijkt vooruit, maar schakelt net zo makkelijk ad hoc wanneer de situatie daarom vraagt. · Je werkt graag zelfstandig en neemt eigenaarschap over het volledige proces. Van intake tot contractvoorstel bewaak je overzicht, voortgang en kwaliteit en draag je actief bij aan het verder professionaliseren van recruitment binnen de organisatie. · Je krijgt energie van het binnenhalen van de juiste kandidaat en hebt een gezonde commerciële drive om resultaat te boeken. · Je voelt je thuis in een dynamische en soms hectische omgeving.
