Voor jou begint het dan met begrijpen wie het team precies zoekt. Wat moet iemand kunnen, maar vooral ook: wie past er binnen de organisatie? Met die informatie ga jij op zoek naar de juiste kandidaat en zorg je ervoor dat potentiële nieuwe collega's enthousiast raken over de functie en het bedrijf. Als Corporate Recruiter houd jij je bezig met het interne recruitment binnen LPC regio Zuid. Je verdiept je in de verschillende teams en labels, leert hun cultuur kennen en begrijpt welk talent nodig is om verder te groeien. Vanuit daar zorg je voor de juiste matches en draag je bij aan een recruitmentproces waarin kandidaten een goed beeld krijgen van hun mogelijke nieuwe werkomgeving.
