Standplaats: Kampen | 24-32 uur Net als een fundering ben jij onmisbaar! In deze veelzijdige functie ga jij aan de slag als Corporate Recruiter binnen de Hylkema Funderingsgroep. Vanuit ons kantoor in Kampen bouw jij aan de groei van onze bedrijven door de juiste mensen aan te trekken, te enthousiasmeren en aan ons te verbinden. Wat ga je doen? Je bouwt actief aan onze instroom en van nieuwe collega's en speelt een belangrijke rol in de verdere groei van onze organisatie. Jij houdt je bezig met o.a.: - Werven, actief benaderen en selecteren van nieuwe medewerkers via diverse kanalen voor diverse functies - Voeren van telefonische kennismakingsgesprekken en sollicitatiegesprekken - Opstellen van vacatureteksten en wervingsacties - Samenwerken met leidinggevenden om personeelsbehoeften in kaart te brengen - Coördineren van het volledige recruitmentproces van sollicitatie tot aanbieding - Onderhouden van contacten met scholen, opleidingscentra en externe recruitmentpartners - Samenwerken met HR en Marketing & Communicatie aan employer branding en arbeidsmarktcommunicatie van onze groepsbedrijven - Deelnemen aan open dagen, banenmarkten en andere wervingsevenementen - Signaleren van ontwikkelingen op de arbeidsmarkt en deze vertalen naar acties Wat breng jij mee? - MBO+/HBO werk- en denkniveau - Enkele jaren ervaring binnen recruitment, arbeidsbemiddeling of HR - Een proactieve en energieke houding - Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden - Je maakt gemakkelijk contact met mensen - Je kunt zelfstandig werken en houdt overzicht - Ervaring met LinkedIn Recruiter of vergelijkbare tools is een pré Jij krijgt: - Een salaris tussen 3200 en 4000 euro bruto per 4 weken op basis van een fulltime dienstverband - Prima secundaire arbeidsvoorwaarden - Veel vrijheid om recruitment verder te professionaliseren ...
