Daarnaast adviseer je HR en directie over het optimaliseren van onze wervingskanalen en recruitmentprocedures om zo tot een zo effectief mogelijke wervingsstrategie te komen. Je hebt een scherp inzicht in de arbeidsmarkt en doelgroepen en je weet ons werkgeversmerk overtuigend over te brengen op potentiële medewerkers.
