Als Corporate Recruiter bij Boekema krijg je de ruimte om recruitment echt op de kaart te zetten en de functie naar jouw ideeën vorm te geven. Je werft niet alleen nieuwe collega's, maar bouwt ook aan een sterke recruitmentaanpak voor de toekomst. Een mooie kans voor een recruiter die graag initiatief neemt, mensen bij elkaar brengt en zichtbaar resultaat wil maken. Wat ga je doen? Als Corporate Recruiter verbind je nieuw talent aan Boekema én bouw je mee aan de toekomst. Jouw belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheid is dat onze projecten en bedrijfsvoering op volle sterkte kunnen blijven werken. Er zijn nog geen strakke processen of een ATS, je krijgt de ruimte om de functie naar eigen inzicht neer te zetten. Naast de werving en selectie van de juiste kandidaten zet je een stevige basis neer van de recruitmentfunctie en ontwikkel je een strategisch recruitmentplan in lijn met onze organisatiedoelstellingen. Je brengt de huidige en toekomstige personeelsbehoefte in kaart en geeft vorm aan het volledige recruitmentproces, en onderzoekt (samen met marketing en communicatie) de keuze voor passende recruitmentkanalen. Om de zichtbaarheid van Boekema te vergroten, bouw en onderhoud je duurzame relaties met scholen en ben je actief betrokken bij deelname aan stage- en banenmarkten. Je rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de HR-Manager. De functie is voor 20-28 uur per week, het aantal uren, werktijden en werkdagen zijn in overleg flexibel in te delen. De standplaats van deze functie is Groningen, voor gesprekken met kandidaten ga je naar ook naar onze vestigingen in Hoogeveen en Heerenveen. Wie zoeken wij?
