Samen voor de beste apotheek van Nederland is ons motto. Als Recruiter binnen Mosadex vorm je samen met een collega Recruiter en de Recruitment Manager het recruitmentteam. Daarnaast ben je onderdeel van een groter HR-team dat werkzaam is door heel Nederland. Regelmatig ontmoeten we elkaar digitaal, evenals een aantal keer per jaar waarbij we bepaalde onderwerpen als team bespreken. Je rapporteert in de functie aan de Recruitment Manager. Wat ga je bij ons doen? In deze veelzijdige en zelfstandige rol ben jij, samen met het team, dé drijvende kracht achter de recruitmentactiviteiten van alle organisaties binnen Mosadex. Je krijgt veel ruimte om je eigen stempel te drukken op het wervingsproces en speelt een belangrijke rol in het aantrekken en selecteren van talent. Van het eerste contact met een kandidaat tot het adviseren van managers en directie: jij bent betrokken bij elke stap van het proces. Dankzij jouw enthousiasme en proactieve aanpak weet je talent te verbinden aan de juiste plek binnen onze organisatie. Tegelijkertijd denk je mee over hoe we Mosadex nóg beter op de kaart zetten als werkgever en draag je actief bij aan de verdere ontwikke...
