Wat ga je doen? Als Corporate Recruiter bij Frits in Amsterdam ben jij de persoon die ervoor zorgt dat Frits de juiste mensen aan boord krijgt. Frits groeit, wat vraagt om nieuwe hypotheekadviseurs en jij bent verantwoordelijk voor het volledige recruitmentproces: van vacature tot handtekening. Daarnaast werk je samen met marketing aan het merk en zorg je ervoor dat nieuwe collega's goed starten en zich vanaf dag één welkom voelen. Naast recruitment pak je verschillende HR-werkzaamheden op. Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt bij HR-vragen en houdt belangrijke HR-processen goed georganiseerd. Naarmate Frits groeit, groeit ook jouw verantwoordelijkheid binnen HR. Dit is geen functie waarin je in een bestaande recruitment- of HR-machine stapt. Je wordt de eerste Corporate Recruiter binnen Frits en krijgt daarmee volop ruimte om recruitment en HR verder op te bouwen. Je werkt direct samen met de CEO en het Hoofd Operatie, hebt korte lijnen en krijgt veel vrijheid om jouw ideeën om te zetten in resultaat. Recruitment werkzaamheden: - Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het volledige recruitmentproces. - Je bouwt een sterke kandidatenpijplijn en talentpool op, zodat je altijd weet wie interessant is voor Frits. - Je sourcet actief, screent kandidaten en voert sollicitatiegesprekken. - Je zet verschillende wervingskanalen in en test wat werkt, van referrals en communities tot online en offline campagnes. - Je werkt samen met marketing aan een sterk werkgeversmerk en zorgt dat Frits zichtbaar is voor de juiste doelgroep binnen de hypotheekbranche. - Je zorgt ervoor dat nieuwe collega's goed onboarden en zich vanaf dag één thuis voelen.
