Denk aan schoonmaak-, logistieke en specialistische uitvoerende functies. Binnen deze rol ben je specifiek verantwoordelijk voor de landelijke instroom van functies binnen Tapwacht, Kleentec en Logistieke klanten van Gom. Tapwacht is gespecialiseerd in het reinigen, onderhouden en installeren van tap- en drankinstallaties in de horeca. Zij zorgen ervoor dat bier-, frisdrank- en koelinstallaties hygiënisch en goed blijven functioneren. Kleentec richt zich op industriële reiniging binnen de voedingsmiddelenindustrie. Zij zorgen ervoor dat productieomgevingen grondig worden gereinigd en veilig en productie klaar zijn voor gebruik. Dit is geen standaard recruitmentrol waarin je alleen wacht op sollicitaties. Jij gaat actief op zoek naar kandidaten en weet precies waar je ze kunt vinden. Je maakt gebruik van LinkedIn, Indeed, netwerken, banenmarkten en samenwerkingen met gemeenten en andere partners om de juiste mensen te bereiken.
