Functieomschrijving Voor een groeiende organisatie zijn wij op zoek naar een Corporate Recruiter met visie en lef. Jij stapt in op een moment waarop recruitment nog in opbouw is en krijgt de kans om het vanaf de basis neer te zetten. Geen gespreid bedje, maar juist een rol waarin jij het verschil maakt, strategisch én uitvoerend. Als Corporate Recruiter ben jij het eerste aanspreekpunt voor alles wat met recruitment te maken heeft. Je werkt nauw samen met HR, de business en directie en weet precies wat er speelt. Jij bepaalt de koers, brengt structuur aan en helpt recruitment als volwaardige discipline op de kaart te zetten. Een greep uit jouw werkzaamheden: - Het strategisch neerzetten en professionaliseren van het recruitmentproces binnen de organisatie; - Regie voeren over het gehele recruitmentproces: van intake tot onboarding; - Actief sourcen en voeren van verdiepende gesprekken met kandidaten; - Snel schakelen tussen verschillende vacatures, stakeholders en prioriteiten; - Selecteren en slim inzetten van wervingskanalen; - Opzetten van projecten zoals referralprogramma's, onboarding, ATS-op...
