JOUW ROL Bij CEVA Logistics zijn wij op zoek naar een Corporate Recruiter. In deze rol ben je verantwoordelijk voor het volledige recruitmentproces van jouw vacatures: van de vacature-intake met de hiring manager tot en met de salarisonderhandeling met de kandidaat. Je adviseert proactief, ziet kansen, boekt resultaten en werkt samen met de hiring manager toe naar één gezamenlijk doel: het aannemen van de juiste nieuwe collega. De vacatures waarvoor jij verantwoordelijk wordt, vallen binnen specifieke vakgebieden en hebben een landelijke scope. Door je te richten op een duidelijke doelgroep kun je actief en continu bouwen aan een sterk talentnetwerk. Zo werk je met aandacht en zorgvuldigheid aan duurzame matches en weet je blijvend de juiste kandidaten aan te trekken. Samengevat ben je in deze rol o.a. verantwoordelijk voor: - Het uitvoeren van het volledige recruitmentproces, met als doel een uitstekende match te realiseren; - Het actief opbouwen en onderhouden van een talentnetwerk binnen jouw vakgebieden; - Het adviseren van hiring managers en hen op de hoogte brengen en houden van het recruitmentproces en de status; - Het bieden van een positieve en professionele candidate experience; - Het verdiepen in jouw doelgroepen en het toepassen van de juiste wervingsmethoden; - Het meewerken aan diverse Talent Acquisition en HR-gerelateerde projecten, zoals ons referral programma, talentpooling en jobboard beheer.
