Combineer data, contracten en analyse en maak impact op de Oosterweelverbinding! Solliciteer Nu ROCO is een uniek consortium van toonaangevende Belgische bouwbedrijven dat samen de Rechteroever van de Oosterweelverbinding realiseert. Ook Denys is trots om deel uit te maken van dit ambitieuze project en mee te bouwen aan een groenere, aangenamere omgeving voor Antwerpen. Voor dit project zoeken we een Cost Assurance Analist die die zich vastbijt in kosten, data en contracten en samen met verschillende teams zorgt voor correcte en marktconforme kosten binnen het NEC4-contract . Jouw rol - Je analyseert kosten en vertaalt je inzichten naar concrete acties. - Je controleert verantwoordingsstukken en volgt ontbrekende of onvolledige informatie actief op. - Je ondersteunt audits van de Opdrachtgever en zorgt voor een correcte opvolging van de vragen. - Je bespreekt opmerkingen of verworpen kosten met de Opdrachtgever en zoekt samen naar oplossingen. - Je werkt mee aan het verbeteren van procedures en rapporteringen rond Cost Assurance. - Je vormt een brug tussen verschillende teams en stakeholders en zorgt ervoor dat Cost Assurance wordt meegenomen in beslissingen en uitvoering. - Je bouwt expertise op in het NEC4-contract en verdiept je in de werking ervan. Jouw profiel - Je hebt een Bachelor of Master diploma in een economische richting of gelijkwaardig door ervaring. - Je hebt enkele jaren relevante werkervaring en brengt de nodige maturiteit mee om complexe dossiers zelfstandig op te volgen. - Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands, andere talen zijn een plus. - Je kan projectmatig werken, je bent gestructureerd en in staat prioriteiten te bepalen en deadlines te respecteren. - Je bent oplossingsgericht, pakt zaken aan en jaagt ze na tot ze effectief opgelost zijn. ...
