Mobiliteit van medewerkers en het beheer van wagenparken is voor werkgevers een complex en vaak kostbaar en tijdrovend vraagstuk. Er valt veel te besparen met professioneel wagenparkbeheer. Er valt ook veel te winnen als het gaat om de tevredenheid van medewerkers. Als Cost Control Officer bij Dragintra speel jij daar een grote rol in. In een financiële functie mét klantcontact draag je bovendien bij aan verbetering van processen gericht op de waarde voor de klant.

Wat ga je doen?

We geven, samen met onze klanten, inhoud aan hun mobiliteitsbeleid én voeren dit voor ze uit: ons team beheert het wagenpark, maar managet ook alternatieve vormen van vervoer, zoals e-bikes, OV en bijvoorbeeld een vakantieauto. Jij bent, namens de klant, het aanspreekpunt voor medewerkers met vragen over de inkomende facturen en doorbelasting van de leaseauto op het loon. Je behandelt die vragen met kennis van zaken én inlevingsvermogen, zodat de medewerker zich bij jou met zijn of haar vragen in goede handen voelt.

Goed wagenparkbeheer en mobiliteitsmanagement is hoe wij waarde leveren aan onze klanten. Het is jouw uitdaging om, samen met je collega’s, processen te analyseren en te optimaliseren. Je bewaakt de kwaliteit van de uitvoering van onze werkzaamheden en focust je op verdere verbetering. Zo draag je verder bij aan de ervaring van de medewerkers van onze klanten.

Bovendien ben je de spil in de beheersing van kosten. Je controleert en beoordeelt leasefacturen, inclusief eindafrekeningen en doorbelastingen. Je bewaakt creditnota’s. Ook zorg je voor nauwkeurige vastlegging in onze systemen, monitoring van status-updates en opvolging van activiteiten.

Wat heb jij te bieden?

Je voelt je in je element in een hecht team, maar kunt ook prima zelfstandig werken. Je neemt graag initiatief, wat belangrijk is in een continu verbetertraject. Financieel werk betekent dat je accuraat bent. Je kunt je bovendien duidelijk uitdrukken naar collega’s en klanten. Je zet je sociale skills en vakkennis in om hen te helpen. Heb je al ervaring in de automotive of leasebranche? Dat helpt je tijdens de onboarding sneller op weg.
