Jouw verantwoordelijkheden als Cost Controller (M/V/X)

  • Je staat in voor een accurate, tijdige en betrouwbare kostenbewaking binnen de organisatie;
  • Je werkt samen met verschillende afdelingen aan de opmaak van budgetten en vertaalt financiële gegevens naar heldere inzichten en concrete verbeteracties;
  • Je voert budget- en variantieanalyses uit en volgt onder meer voorraadwaardering, voorraadrapportering, inventaris en margeanalyse op;
  • Je analyseert directe en indirecte kosten en brengt periodiek verslag uit over kosten, budgetten en financiële prestaties;
  • Je maakt marges en winstgevendheid inzichtelijk voor de business en het management;
  • Je detecteert tijdig afwijkingen, kostenoverschrijdingen en financiële risico's en formuleert gepaste aanbevelingen;
  • Je treedt op als sparringpartner voor het management op het vlak van kostenbeheersing en financiële optimalisatie;
  • Je ondersteunt met jouw analyses de strategische besluitvorming en draagt zo bij aan een efficiënte en financieel gezonde werking;
  • Je ziet samen met collega's toe op de naleving van interne financiële processen, richtlijnen en controles;
  • Je helpt bij het implementeren en onderhouden van interne controlemechanismen om financiële risico's te beperken.

Jouw profiel

  • Je beschikt over een bachelor- of masterdiploma in een financiële, economische of bedrijfskundige richting;
  • Je hebt 5 tot 10 jaar relevante ervaring in controlling, finance of business analyse;
  • Ervaring binnen audit is een mooie plus;
  • Je hebt een uitstekende kennis van Microsoft Excel;
  • Je hebt een grondige kennis van Business Intelligence-tools, zoals Power BI;
  • Je hebt affiniteit met ERP-systemen en ervaring met Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations is een troef;
  • Je hebt voeling met accounting en bent sterk in het analyseren en interpreteren van complexe financiële data;
  • Je bent sterk in financiële rapportering en data-analyse;
  • Je communiceert vlot en weet financiële inzichten helder over te brengen aan verschillende stakeholders;
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig, gestructureerd en resultaatgericht;
  • Je denkt kritisch en stelt proactief verbeteringen voor;
  • Je bent betrouwbaar en gaat discreet om met vertrouwelijke informatie.
