Binnen onze Business Line Bouw zijn we gespecialiseerd in burgerlijke bouwkunde, industriebouw en gebouwen. Dankzij onze vakkennis en efficiënte uitvoering van de werken, worden wij beschouwd als een relevante partner bij grote bouwwerken. Ons hoofdkantoor bevindt zich in Kontich en we hebben ook een vestiging in Hasselt.

Omwille van het binnen halen van enkele uitdagende, grote projecten willen we ons team uitbreiden en zijn wij actief op zoek naar een ervaren Cost Controller voor onze vestiging in Kontich of Hasselt.

Door het voorzien van een doordachte en feilloze rapportering, geef je de projectleiding de nodige handvaten om de voortgang van hun werven te bewaken. Je adviseert over de financiële gevolgen van belangrijke beslissingen. Je voorziet vanuit je expertise de nodige rapportage van financiële gegevens en doet aanbevelingen gericht op het verbeteren en waarborgen van de financiële resultaten op onze werven. Kortom je bent de financiële rechterhand van onze projectleiders.

Hoe bouw jij mee aan de strafste plannen?

  • Tijdens de uitvoering van een project behoud je het overzicht op het budget, het verloop van de kosten en voortgang van de werkzaamheden. Je volgt de bouwprojecten nauwgezet op;
  • Je hebt een continu inzicht in de actuele kost versus de vooropgestelde budgetten en geeft zo aan de business de nodige inzichten om hun werven succesvol te leiden;
  • Je doet de nodige voortgangscontroles zodat we ten allen tijde tijdig kunnen anticiperen;
  • Je gebruikt hiervoor inzichtelijke dashboards waarmee zowel directie als projectleiding aan de slag kan;
  • Je creëert samen met jouw collega’s cost controllers meer uniformiteit in de financiële rapportering van onze werven;
  • Samen met de projectleiders realiseer je een eindresultaat om fier op te zijn door goede prognoses en een adequate cost control;

Wat heb je in huis?

  • Je behaalde een Master diploma in Accountancy/Fiscaliteit, Handelsingenieur of TEW;
  • Je hebt minstens 5 jaar ervaring binnen financiële consultancy of een kortere periode aangevuld met ervaring in controlling;
  • We staan ook open voor projectleiders met grote interesse in cost controlling;
  • Je hebt een grondige accounting kennis;
  • Je bent analytisch sterk en combineert dit met een hands-on aanpak in je communicatie naar de projectleiders;
  • Je neemt een duidelijk standpunt in en weet dit op een onderbouwde, overtuigende en gestructureerde wijze te communiceren naar directie en projectleiding;
  • Je hebt een heldere en vernieuwende blik die leidt tot eenvoudige en duidelijke rapportering;
  • Je bent bereid om de werking van een bouwwerf te leren kennen om zo je performance nog een extra boost te geven;
  • Je combineert kantoor met aanwezigheid op de werf. Onze werven zijn gevestigd over heel Vlaanderen;
  • Je bent een teamplayer en kan collega’s motiveren om samen met jou aan de slag te gaan;
  • MS Excel kent voor jou geen geheimen.
