Ben je analytisch sterk, denk je graag mee met de business en haal je energie uit het vertalen van cijfers naar strategische inzichten? Dan is deze uitdaging misschien wel jouw volgende stap.

Je komt terecht in een internationale productieomgeving waar je als Cost Controller een sleutelrol speelt binnen het finance team. Samen met collega's uit verschillende afdelingen ondersteun je de organisatie bij het bewaken van kosten, het optimaliseren van processen en het nemen van onderbouwde beslissingen.

Bovendien krijg je de kans om samen te werken met internationale stakeholders, waardoor je niet alleen impact hebt op lokaal niveau, maar ook mee bouwt aan een sterke financiële werking binnen een bredere internationale context.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Je analyseert budgetafwijkingen en gaat in gesprek met budgetverantwoordelijken om inzichten te bieden
  • Je identificeert opportuniteiten om kosten te optimaliseren en werkt mee aan concrete verbeterinitiatieven
  • Je draagt actief bij aan het maandafsluitingsproces, met een specifieke focus op productiekosten en SG&A
  • Je zorgt voor een correcte rapportering van maandelijkse groepsresultaten en relevante KPI's
  • Je waakt over de naleving van interne processen, controles en richtlijnen, waaronder J-SOX
  • Je vertaalt complexe financiële informatie naar heldere inzichten waarmee ook niet-financiële collega's aan de slag kunnen

Functieverwachtingen

  • Master- of bacheloropleiding in een financiële richting
  • Een eerste ervaring binnen controlling of audit
  • Sterke kennis van Excel, SAP en PowerBI is een grote meerwaarde
  • Een kritische en ondernemende mindset waarbij je niet bang bent om bestaande werkwijzen in vraag te stellen
  • Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en het vermogen om verschillende stakeholders mee te nemen in jouw analyses en aanbevelingen.
  • Vlotte kennis van Nederlands en Engels
  • Verantwoordelijkheidszin en de drive om zaken tot een goed einde te brengen, ook in drukkere periodes
  • Een sterk analytisch inzicht gecombineerd met oog voor detail
  • Teamspeler die bijdraagt aan een open, constructieve en positieve werksfeer
