In deze rol werk je aan uitdagende vraagstukken rondom defensieschepen, equipment en onderhoud. Je analyseert technische specificaties, stelt kostprijsberekeningen op en brengt risico's en alternatieven helder in kaart. Je werkt nauw samen met collega's uit sales, proposals, engineering en planning om tot technisch sterke en commercieel haalbare voorstellen te komen. Wil jij jouw maritieme kennis inzetten voor complexe projecten en jezelf verder ontwikkelen binnen een internationale technische omgeving? Dan kom ik graag met je in contact. Als Cost Engineer ben je verantwoordelijk voor het technisch en financieel onderbouwen van voorstellen voor schepen, equipment en onderhoud. Je analyseert aanvragen en klantspecificaties en vertaalt deze naar duidelijke technische specificaties en betrouwbare kostprijsberekeningen. Daarbij kijk je niet alleen naar directe kosten, maar ook naar technische risico's, leveranciersprijzen, ervaringen uit eerdere projecten en de invloed van planning en werkvolgorde. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Analyseren van klantspecificaties en RFQ's ; - Opstellen en ontwikkelen van kostprijsberekeningen ; - Uitwerken van duidelijke en onderbouwde technische specificaties ; - Aanvragen van prijzen en technische informatie bij leveranciers; - Beoordelen en vergelijken van offertes; - Inventariseren van kostprijsrisico's en alternatieven ; - Rekening houden met planning, productie en werkvolgorde; - Volgen van technische ontwikkelingen rondom regelgeving, brandstoffen en milieueisen; - Structureren en beheren van offertes en kostprijsinformatie; - Uitvoeren van nacalculaties om toekomstige begrotingen verder te verbeteren; - Intensief samenwerken me...
