Alles gebaseerd op precisietechniek en precisiebewerking. Functieomschrijving Als Cost Engineer draag je de verantwoordelijkheid voor het opstellen van kostprijscalculaties en het technisch voorbereiden van offertes. Je ondersteunt tevens de Accountmanager bij prijsonderbouwing en onderhandeling, en waarborgt de technische haalbaarheid en optimale bewerkingsmethoden. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor: - De kostprijscalculatie als target voor operations, inkoop en sales; - Het analyseren van klantvraag op basis van stuklijsten, tekeningen en overige specificaties; - Het beoordelen van klantspecificaties op volledigheid en haalbaarheid; - Mede beslissen over make/buy kwesties; - Communiceren met interne operatie, inkoop, leveranciers en accountteams; - Het bepalen van de optimale assemblage- en bewerkingsstrategie, in samenwerking met de operatie; - De technische onderbouwing van een kostprijscalculatie en bijbehorende rapportages; - Het identificeren van beperkingen, risico's, aannames en kansen in een business case; - Het zorgen dat de juiste calculatiegegevens in het ERP-systeem worden ingevoerd; - Het bieden van technische ondersteuning bij onderhandelingen; - Onderzoek naar mogelijkheden voor kostenreductie. Functie eisen - HBO werk- en denkniveau met bij voorkeur een afgeronde technische opleiding; - Voorkeur voor ervaring in een fijnmechanische/verspanende werkomgeving; - Goede beheersing van zowel de Nederlandse als de Engelse taal; - Aanzienlijke ervaring met werken in een ERP systeem is zeer wenselijk. ...
