Als cost engineer ben je verantwoordelijk voor het opstellen van nauwkeurige calculaties en offertes voor technische installaties binnen uiteenlopende projecten. Je analyseert tekeningen en specificaties, bepaalt de benodigde materialen en inzet van middelen en vertaalt klantvragen naar financieel haalbare oplossingen. Je werkt nauw samen met projectleiders, monteurs en externe partners om tot de beste prijs-kwaliteitverhouding te komen. Daarbij signaleer je risico's en kansen en adviseer je over optimalisaties. Je speelt een sleutelrol in de tenderfase én in de voorbereiding van projecten, waarbij jouw input bepalend is voor een succesvolle uitvoering. Dit ga je concreet doen: - Opstellen van begrotingen en offertes - Analyseren van technische documentatie - Afstemmen met interne teams en onderaannemers - Signaleren van risico's en kostenbesparingen Wat wij jou bieden Op basis van een fulltime dienstverband: - Salaris: €4.800 - €6.100 bruto p/m - Vast contract - 38 vrije dagen per jaar - Winstdeling tot 10% - Flexibele werktijden + thuiswerken - Laptop, telefoon Je werkt in een hecht team waar kennisdelen centraal staat.
