COST ENGINEER / CALCULATOR (Rotterdam of Zwolle) Urgent COST ENGINEER / CALCULATOR (Rotterdam of Zwolle) Functie: Cost Engineer / Calculator Standplaats: Rotterdam of Zwolle Taal: Nederlands vereist (minimaal B2-niveau) Voor een Nederlandse organisatie actief binnen de energie-infrastructuur en energietransitie wordt een Cost Engineer gezocht. De werkzaamheden bestaan voornamelijk uit het maken van voorcalculaties en kostenramingen (estimates) voor complexe technische projecten binnen midden- en hoogspanning. Als Cost Engineer ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het bepalen van de kostprijs van multidisciplinaire energieprojecten. Jij analyseert de klantvraag, bestekken en technische specificaties en vertaalt deze naar een realistische, concurrerende kostencalculatie. Je werkt nauw samen binnen het tenderteam en schakelt met projectmanagement, engineering, inkoop, planning, contractmanagement en QHSE. Jouw verantwoordelijkheden: - Analyseren van complexe offerteaanvragen en projectdocumentatie: je doorgrondt multidisciplinaire projecten en vertaalt deze naar een heldere en realistische kostprijs - Bepalen van de kostprijs: je stelt kostenberekeningen op en zorgt voor een nauwkeurige afstemming met het tenderteam - Afstemmen met andere afdelingen: je werkt nauw samen met Projectmanagement, Engineering, Inkoop, Planning, Contractmanagement en QHSE om ervoor te zorgen dat alle kostenaspecten correct en volledig worden meegenomen - Optimaliseren van het calculatieproces: je helpt mee aan het opstellen, evalueren en verbeteren van de interne calculatieprocedures - Overdracht aan het projectteam: je bespreekt jouw calculaties met projectleiders, engineers en uitvoerders, geeft advies en zorgt voor een soepele projectstart - Leren van projecten: je bezoekt projecten in uitvoering, analyseert eerdere calculaties en tenders om lessen te trekken voor toekomstige inschrijvingen - Werken aan projecten van €10K tot meer dan €100M+: Je schakelt ...
