dé verbinder van leiderschap en technologie Als Cost Engineer Infra werk je aan kostenramingen, budgetbeheer en kostenadvies voor complexe GWW-projecten binnen de luchthaveninfra. De functie Als Cost Engineer Infra geef je kostenadvies over grote GWW-projecten voor wegen, rijbanen, start- en landingsbanen en boven- en ondergrondse nutsvoorzieningen op en rond luchthavens. Je werkt aan projecten van 30 miljoen euro of hoger, stelt kostenramingen en budgetten op en beoordeelt aanvragen en offertes van maincontractors. Daarbij werk je aan kostenbesparingen en kostenefficiëntie en stuur je functioneel junior cost engineers aan binnen een complexe luchthavenomgeving. Jouw taken - Je stelt kostenramingen op voor de investeringskosten van infrastructurele projecten en beoordeelt continu of de investering de gewenste waarde oplevert. - Je werkt samen met verschillende afdelingen aan een gedragen en realistisch kostenadvies. - Je identificeert kostenbesparingen en stelt budgetten op voor lopende en toekomstige projecten. - Je stelt budgetten op voor aanvragen van maincontractors, beoordeelt aanvragen en offertes en bent verantwoordelijk voor kostenbeoordeling en -efficiëntie. - Je stuurt functioneel één of meerdere junior cost engineers binnen het project aan. Wij vragen - Minimaal 5 jaar aantoonbare ervaring in kostenmanagement op GWW-/infra-projecten. - HBO werk- en denkniveau (bouwkunde, civiele techniek of vergelijkbaar), of ruime ervaring binnen de aannemerij. - Ruime ervaring met kostenmanagement op nieuwbouw- en renovatieprojecten binnen de discipline structuur. - Kennis van relevante wetgeving, waaronder het Bouwbesluit, en van de RAW-bestek-, UAV-, UAV-GC- en STABU-systematiek is vereist. - Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden, ervaring met werken binnen een complex stakeholderveld en het vermogen om effectief samen te werken in teams.
