Globe icon Cost Estimator Job Overview Location : Netherlands, Schiedam, Zuid-Holland - Job skills Project Controls and Estimating - Type Contract Als onderdeel van het projectteam ben je verantwoordelijk voor de ontwikkeling van de cost estimate op verschillende nauwkeurigheidsniveaus. Dit is afhankelijk van de status van het ontwerpproces dat op haalbaarheids-, concept- of basic engineering-niveau kan liggen. Verder ontwikkel je het cost estimatingplan om de Work and Cost Breakdown Structure, methodologie en principes die van toepassing zijn op het opstellen van de cost estimate vast te stellen. Dit doe je in samenspraak met de klant en het project team. Ook vergelijk en analyseer je de omvang, hoeveelheden en kostengegevens tussen projecten. Je ontwikkelt benchmarks door het uitvoeren van validatie en verificatie van eerdere cost estimates, actuele projectkosten en marktprijzen. Waar nodig escalatiemodel ontwikkelen en assisteren bij de ontwikkeling van de eigenaarskosten. Ook coördineer jij de identificatie van risicogebieden en passende mitigaties en evalueer je het passende niveau van onvoorziene uitgaven (contingencies en allowances). Daarnaast ben je verantwoordelijk voor het voorbereiden en presenteren van informatie over cost estimates aan management/klant. En tevens voor het presenteren van kapitaalkostenramingen aan en deelnemen aan gate reviews van onze klanten. Je rapporteert aan de Manager Project Services en bent het aanspreekpunt voor alle aanvragen voor cost estimating services van onze kantoren in Schiedam, Amsterdam en Antwerpen. Jij onderhoudt contacten met de Project Managers in onze kantoren om hen te ondersteunen en te adviseren over cost estimating aanpak en strategie.
