🛠️ Jouw dag als Counter Sales Advisor

  • Advies & Verkoop: Je ontvangt klanten (voornamelijk elektrische installateurs) aan de balie, analyseert hun behoeften, biedt passende totaaloplossingen aan en voert de bestellingen correct in.
  • Proactieve Service: Je denkt actief mee met de klant, tipt hen over lopende commerciële acties en doet aan proactieve cross-selling om hun projecten compleet te maken.
  • Logistieke Opvolging: Je houdt het logistieke traject scherp in het oog. Je volgt levertermijnen op, informeert klanten over de voorraadstatus en beheert de stock van het filiaal.
  • Expertise & Kennis: Je bouwt duurzame klantrelaties op en verleent technisch advies. Voor complexere vraagstukken werk je nauw samen met interne productspecialisten.

🎯 Wie ben jij?

  • Je beschikt over een goeie dosis commerciële flair en bent sterk in communicatie en relatieopbouw.
  • Je hebt affiniteit met of een goede basiskennis van het elektrotechnische productengamma (of bent heel leergierig om dit snel op te pikken).
  • Je spreekt en schrijft uitstekend Nederlands.
  • Je bent een organisatorisch talent dat nauwkeurig kan werken, ook wanneer het druk is aan de balie.
  • Je bent leergierig en bereid om voortdurend producttrainingen te volgen bij partner-leveranciers.
