Onze klant is een professionele groothandel beschikkend over een uitgebreid elektrotechnisch productaanbod met meer dan 55.000 referenties op voorraad.

Hun hoofdactiviteit bestaat eruit om de klant op logistiek vlak zo goed mogelijk van dienst te zijn met onze geavanceerde webshop, een Netstore applicatie en tal van leveringsmogelijkheden op maat (express delivery, Click&Collect, levering op de werf, …)

Ze trachten de klant zoveel mogelijk te ontzorgen en te ondersteunen in zijn dagelijkse activiteiten wat resulteert in meer tijd en een hogere productiviteit. Door de technische expertise die zij in huis hebben, begeleiden ze hun klanten van A tot Z vanaf het adviseren van bepaalde producten en energie-efficiënte oplossingen, de uitwerking van de projectstudie, de bestelling en levering van het materiaal en in sommige gevallen de assistentie bij de indienststelling.

Als COUNTER SALES ADVISOR te HERENTALS ontvang en help je de klanten aan de toonbank in het filiaal bij het beantwoorden van hun vragen. Je geeft professioneel technisch advies door hen het juiste productengamma en oplossing voor te stellen. Je vergeet niet om indien nodig alternatieven en mogelijke bijhorende producten voor te stellen. Zoals één van hun waarden zegt: Je zorgt voor een uitmuntende klantervaring.

Taken en verantwoordelijkheden als COUNTER SALES ADVISOR:

  • Je geeft de orders in, rekent de bestelling af, verzorgt de betaling met bijhorende administratie, geeft de nodige uitleg over de lopende commerciële acties en helpt hen verder bij het ophalen van bestelde goederen;
  • Je beantwoordt vragen rond prijzen, beschikbaarheid en leveringstermijn;
  • Je zorgt voor de receptie van de goederen die dagelijks binnenkomen vanuit het logistiek centrum, verwerkt ze en legt ze op de juiste locaties in het filiaal;
  • Je controleert de afhalingen van de klanten, zet de bestellingen klaar en informeert de klant bij eventuele wijzigingen;
  • Je volgt openstaande orders en leveringen op en contacteert de klant proactief;
  • Je beheert de voorraad en signaleert stockbreuken, ontbrekende producten, niet/weinig roterende producten en reikt oplossingen aan;
  • Je hebt een brede algemene kennis van het productengamma en onze technische oplossingen.
  • Je volgt met plezier de product trainingen en schaaft je kennis voortdurend;
  • Je helpt mee bij het opzetten, het opvolgen en het ondersteunen van de commerciële acties;
  • Je werkt nauw samen met het team Technical Sales Advisors en specialisten en rapporteert aan de Branch Manager;

Je werkt van maandag tot en met vrijdag in daguren tussen 6u30 en 17u. (in shiften)

REF: MEC2

  • Kennis elektrotechnisch materiaal;
  • Bij voorkeur ervaring in de sector;
  • Commerciële aanleg;
  • Klant- en servicegerichtheid;
  • Een zekere flexibiliteit qua uurregeling (afwisselend tussen 06u30 en 17u);
  • Sociale/communicatieve vaardigheden;
  • Rijbewijs en wagen;
  • Kennis Nederlands en Frans;
