Unser Auftraggeber ist ein etabliertes, technologiegestütztes Unternehmen mit mehreren Standorten in Europa. Mit selbst entwickelten Hard- und Softwarelösungen und langjähriger operativer Erfahrung unterstützt es seine Kunden dabei, ihre Flächen effizient, rechtssicher und nutzerfreundlich zu betreiben.

Sie suchen eine Führungsrolle, in der Sie den österreichischen Markt eigenverantwortlich aufbauen und gestalten - mit direktem Draht zur Geschäftsführung und langfristiger Perspektive? Dann ist diese Position als Country Manager Österreich genau das Richtige für Sie: eine verantwortungsvolle Rolle mit echtem Gestaltungsspielraum in einem wachsenden, profitablen Unternehmen.

Die Aufgabe:

* Eigenverantwortliche Verantwortung des österreichischen Marktes - Aufbau und Weiterentwicklung der Vertriebspipeline

* Neukundenakquise - von der Erstansprache bis zum Vertragsabschluss

* Aktive Betreuung der bestehenden Auftraggeber als zentrale Ansprechperson

* Erkennen von Marktchancen und Einbringen in die strategische Vertriebsausrichtung

* Koordination mit den Fachabteilungen im Ausland für eine reibungslose Umsetzung

* Perspektivische Übernahme der Geschäftsführung der österreichischen Landesgesellschaft

Die Anforderungen:

* Mehrjährige Erfahrung im B2B-Vertrieb - idealerweise Kombination aus Neukundenakquise und Bestandskundenbetreuung

* Verhandlungssicherheit - wertorientiert statt preisgetrieben

* Bereitschaft zur Übernahme der Geschäftsführung

* Eigenständige, strukturierte und selbstorganisierte Arbeitsweise

* Souveräne Kommunikation - auch in herausfordernden Situationen

* Wohnsitz in Österreich und persönliche Marktverankerung

* Reisebereitschaft innerhalb Österreichs

* Führerschein B
