HR Consul is een HR-partner op maat die bedrijven ondersteunt in alle domeinen van human

resources. Rekrutering en selectie voor vaste aanwervingen vormt een belangrijk onderdeel van onze dienstverlening, waarbij we voornamelijk logistieke en maritieme dienstverleners begeleiden in hun zoektocht naar de juiste medewerkers.

Daarnaast ondersteunen we bedrijven bij uiteenlopende HR-uitdagingen, zoals payroll, sociale wetgeving, talentontwikkeling en het verder uitbouwen van hun HR-beleid. Dankzij onze persoonlijke aanpak en diepgaande praktijkkennis bouwen we aan duurzame samenwerkingen tussen bedrijven en talent.

JOB OMSCHRIJVING

  • Je ondersteunt het proces van rekrutering en selectie van A-Z.
  • Je schrijft vacatures uit, waarbij je de nodige creatieve vrijheid krijgt.
  • Je staat in voor een breed pakket administratieve hr-gerelateerde taken.
  • Je beheert onze social media en werkt creatieve campagnes uit.

PROFIEL

  • Je volgt een bachelor in bedrijfsmanagement, communicatie, psychologie, marketing of HR.
  • Je bent leergierig en wil het volledige rekruteringsproces van A tot Z leren kennen.
  • Je hebt een creatieve mindset en en neemt graag initiatief.
  • Je bent communicatief sterk en werkt nauwkeurig.
