Van een borrel of etentje tot sportieve uitjes. - Amsterdam - 40 uur per week - ☀ 25 vakantiedagen - €3200 +/- (afhankelijk van je ervaring) About the job Als Creative Strategist bij MAE ben je medeverantwoordelijk voor het bedenken en testen van onze marketingcampagnes. Je vertaalt inzichten uit data naar creatives die converteren, en leert wat werkt op Meta, TikTok en andere kanalen waar onze klanten zitten. Je bent dagelijks bezig met het bedenken, uitwerken en testen van advertentieconcepten die bijdragen aan de groei van het merk. Van hooks en angles tot scripts, briefings en static ads: jij zorgt ervoor dat elk concept niet alleen aanspreekt, maar ook converteert. Je vertaalt marketingdoelen naar creatieve concepten die de juiste doelgroep raken en tot actie aanzetten. Je hebt gevoel voor performance en weet welke keuzes het verschil maken tussen scrollen en kopen. Je begint bij onderzoek en eindigt bij een advertentie die klaarstaat om online te gaan.
