YOUR JOB

Ben je woonachtig in Brussel, Schaarbeek, Anderlecht of Vlaams-Brabant en krijg je energie van het innen van openstaande betalingen? Dan is deze functie iets voor jou!

Als Credit Collection Consultant sta je in voor het dagelijks beheer van openstaande vorderingen. Je onderhoudt telefonisch contact met klanten en behandelt vragen en mails over openstaande facturen. Je verstuurt betalingsaanmanignen (telefonisch en schriftelijk) en maakt realistisch afbetalingsplannen in overleg met klanten. Daarnaast sta je in voor een correcte klachtenbehandeling. Wanneer klanten hun betalingsverplichtingen niet kunnen nakomen, volg je de dossiers verder op en onderhoud je contact met externe partijen zoals deurwaarders.

YOUR SKILLS

  • Je hebt idealiter werkervaring in debiteurenbeheer, credit control of credit collection.
  • Je behaalde een bachelor- of masterdiploma.
  • Je bent vaardig in Nederlands en Frans, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk, aangezien je regelmatig contact hebt met klanten via e-mail en telefoon. Een goede beheersing van Engels is een mooie plus.
  • Je werkt klantgericht en beschikt over sterke communicatieve vaardigheden.
  • Je hebt een groot doorzettingsvermogen en weet van aanpakken.
  • Je hebt geen schrik om klanten te overtuigen en achterstallige betalingen te innen.
  • Je bent in het bezit van een rijbewijs B, waardoor je jezelf flexibel kan verplaatsen naar onze projecten.
