Robert Half is momenteel op zoek naar een Credit Collector (m/v/x) voor een internationale en toonaangevende organisatie in de regio Antwerpen.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

Als Credit Collector speel je een cruciale rol in het bewaken van de financiële gezondheid van de organisatie. Je zorgt voor een optimale opvolging van openstaande vorderingen en bouwt duurzame relaties op met klanten.

Je takenpakket bestaat onder meer uit:

  • Proactief opvolgen van openstaande klantenvorderingen en bijdragen aan een gezonde betalingsportefeuille.
  • Telefonisch en schriftelijk contacteren van klanten op een professionele en oplossingsgerichte manier.
  • Analyseren en opvolgen van disputen in samenwerking met Sales en Customer Service.
  • Ondersteunen van het credit management proces door rapporteringen en analyses op te maken.
  • Zorgen voor een correcte en actuele klantenadministratie.
  • Actief bijdragen aan optimalisatie- en verbeterprojecten binnen de afdeling.
  • Meewerken aan de implementatie en het gebruik van digitale tools en AI-oplossingen om processen efficiënter te maken.
  • Signaleren van risico's en opportuniteiten met betrekking tot het debiteurenbeheer.

Jouw profiel

  • Je beschikt over een bacheloropleiding in een financiële of economische richting, of hebt relevante ervaring binnen credit control of debiteurenbeheer.
  • Je communiceert vlot en professioneel in het Nederlands, Frans en Engels.
  • Je bent sterk in onderhandelen en weet klanten op een respectvolle manier tot actie aan te zetten.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en combineert een analytische mindset met een hands-on mentaliteit.
  • Je bent proactief, oplossingsgericht en werkt graag samen met verschillende interne stakeholders.
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van Microsoft Office, in het bijzonder Excel.
  • Kennis van SAP is een sterke troef.
  • Je hebt interesse in digitalisering, automatisering en AI-toepassingen binnen finance.
