Onze klant, een toonaangevende speler binnen de HVAC-sector, biedt totaaloplossingen op het gebied van verwarming, ventilatie, airconditioning en warmtepompen. Het bedrijf ondersteunt professionele installateurs en studiebureaus bij uiteenlopende projecten en staat bekend om zijn innovatieve producten, kwaliteitsservice en mensgerichte bedrijfscultuur.

Ter versterking van het financiële team zijn wij op zoek naar een Credit Collector (m/v/x) voor de vestiging in regio Zaventem.

Jouw functie Als Credit Collector maak je deel uit van het finance team en ben je verantwoordelijk voor een efficiënt debiteurenbeheer.

Je zorgt ervoor dat openstaande dossiers nauwgezet worden opgevolgd en draagt bij aan een gezonde cashflow en een professionele klantenservice.

Je takenpakket omvat onder andere: Het volledige beheer en de opvolging van openstaande vorderingen.

Het verwerken en actualiseren van klantgegevens in het ERP-systeem. Dagelijks telefonisch contact over vervallen facturen, openstaande saldi, betalingsverschillen en facturatiekwesties.

Het opvolgen van betalingen en versturen van betalingsherinneringen en ingebrekestellingen. Het behandelen van correspondentie via e-mail en het nauwkeurig opvolgen van dossiers. Het doorsturen en opvolgen van dossiers bij externe juridische partners.

De administratieve verwerking en controle van kredietnota's, met oog voor preventieve maatregelen.

Het aanvragen, toekennen en intrekken van kredietlimieten via de kredietverzekeraar.

Het blokkeren en deblokkeren van accounts volgens de interne procedures.

Jouw profiel Je beschikt minimaal over een diploma secundair onderwijs. Je hebt minstens 2 jaar ervaring in een gelijkaardige functie binnen credit collection of debiteurenbeheer. Je bent klantgericht en hebt affiniteit met financieel administratieve processen. Je werkt nauwkeurig, gestructureerd en administratief sterk. Je bent communicatief sterk en gaat discreet om met vertrouwelijke informatie.

Je werkt vlot zelfstandig, maar functioneert ook goed binnen een team. Je bent assertief, proactief en stressbestendig. Je hebt ervaring met ERP-systemen. Je bent vertrouwd met Microsoft Excel en Word. Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en Frans.
