Missions

Credit Control - Télétravail (H.F.X) - Vos tâches:

  • Analyser et assurer le suivi des dossiers en appliquant les procédures en vigueur et en veillant à leur bon traitement administratif et comptable.
  • Gérer les activités administratives et les systèmes de suivi, notamment la tenue des agendas et la mise à jour des données dans les différents outils de gestion.
  • Assurer le recouvrement des créances par différents canaux de communication (courriers, appels, e-mails), en réalisant les relances de paiement, les mises en demeure et les propositions de remboursement adaptées.
  • Coordonner les échanges avec les parties prenantes internes et externes (comptabilité, prestataires, huissiers, avocats, etc.) et suivre l'avancement des procédures de recouvrement jusqu'à leur résolution.

Credit Control - Teletravail (H.F.X) - Votre profil:

  • Formation et expérience : titulaire d'un Bachelor ou équivalent, avec une expérience ou des connaissances en matière de recouvrement et/ou juridique constituant un atout.
  • Esprit proactif et volonté d'apprentissage : curieux, autonome et motivé à développer continuellement de nouvelles compétences.
  • Rigueur et sens de l'organisation : à l'aise avec le respect des procédures, doté d'un excellent sens du suivi et de la gestion des priorités.
  • Compétences linguistiques et informatiques : bonne maîtrise du français et du néerlandais, avec une aisance dans l'utilisation de nouveaux outils informatiques.
