Wij geloven in leaseoplossingen die meebewegen mét ondernemers, niet andersom. Jouw uitdaging Jij bent de senior in het Credit Control team en eigenaar van de zwaarste dossiers in de portefeuille. Je bepaalt zelfstandig de koers. Je duikt in de cijfers, beoordeelt de financiële positie van een klant en kiest je aanpak. Zonder een gezonde geldstroom loopt Beequip vast. Betaalachterstanden en vastgelopen dossiers vragen om iemand die zowel de cijfers als het gesprek beheerst. Je lost de lastige gevallen op, houdt het debiteurenproces strak en zorgt dat routine en uitzondering allebei kloppen. - Financiële orde. Je duikt in de cijfers, onderzoekt de financiële positie van een klant en bepaalt je koers. - Klanten vooruithelpen. Loopt een zaak vast, dan pak je door. Je zet dossiers om naar een juridisch incassotraject en bent het vaste aanspreekpunt richting externe incassopartners en deurwaarders. Bij WHOA, faillissement, herstructurering of verpanding weet je wat er moet gebeuren. Ook de terugname en executie van onderpand pak je op. Dat is precies waar equipment lease zwaar wordt. - Financiële administratie. Je bewaakt de DSO en het voorzieningenniveau en rapporteert daarover aan Finance. Terugkerende betaalproblemen laat je niet liggen. Je vertaalt ze naar concrete signalen richting Sales en Risk, zodat het bedrijf er eerder op kan sturen. - Procesverbetering en begeleiding. Je maakt processen concreet beter. Je scherpt het aanmaningsproces aan, verbetert de debiteurenrapportages en haalt meer uit een systeem als NetSuite.
