Wie is Lab9?

Lab9Pro is een Belgisch familiebedrijf met roots tot in 1993 — maar allesbehalve oldschool. Wij helpen bedrijven, scholen en overheid om het maximum uit hun tech te halen vanuit onze vier filialen in Kortrijk, Antwerpen, Brussel en Hasselt. Dankzij stevige groei en slimme overnames zijn we uitgegroeid tot een bedrijf met 300 medewerkers.

We doen veel meer dan alleen Apple-hardware zoals Mac, iPad en iPhone. Wij bouwen complete IT-ecosystemen; van setup tot support en van strategie tot uitvoering. Slim, veilig en future-proof.

Voor ons hoofdkantoor in Kortrijk zijn we momenteel op zoek naar een Credit Controller.

Je komt terecht in een stabiel team van 6 collega’s - een CFO, 2 accountants, 2 credit controllers en een financial controller - elk met hun eigen expertise en persoonlijkheid.

Je werkt nauw samen met een ervaren credit controller die je mee op weg helpt en ondersteunt in je groei. Je rapporteert aan de CFO, een zeer ervaren en toegankelijke manager, die vertrouwen geeft en ruimte laat voor verantwoordelijkheid, maar altijd beschikbaar is wanneer je vragen hebt.

Jobomschrijving

Wat ga je doen?

Als Credit Controller zorg je voor een correcte verwerking van rekeninguittreksels en verkoopfacturen. Je houdt overzicht, werkt nauwkeurig en zorgt dat alles financieel klopt.

Contact met klanten, zowel telefonisch als schriftelijk, schrikt je niet af - je communiceert vlot en professioneel, ook wanneer het over betalingen gaat. Daarnaast stem je regelmatig af met de salesmanager, accountmanagers, het service departement en het management over orders, klanten en betalingsgedrag.

Je denkt actief mee over de verdere automatisering van het financieel departement, zodat processen steeds efficiënter verlopen.

Opleiding en Management

Je rapporteert aan de Chief Financial Officer. Wekelijks organiseert hij een meeting samen met je collega zodat iedereen een duidelijk beeld heeft van de situatie en jullie voor elkaar kunnen inspringen waar nodig.

Hij zoekt een nieuwe Credit Controller die sterk is in communicatie in beide landstalen, en die zich proactief en assertief opstelt. De CFO en jouw collega Credit Controller laten je kennismaken met alle tools en databases en zorgen samen voor jouw opleiding on the job. Je krijgt ruimte om in te werken, te groeien en je rol echt eigen te maken.

Wat breng jij mee?

  • Je hebt een eerste boekhoudkundige werkervaring of een goede basiskennis boekhouding
  • Je neemt vlot de telefoon op en contacteert klanten op een professionele manier
  • Je communiceert sterk in het Nederlands en Frans, met een goede basis Engels
  • Je werkt vlot met Excel en hebt ervaring met CRM- en ERP-systemen
  • Affiniteit met Apple en FileMaker is een plus
  • Je bent resultaatgericht en een echte teamplayer
  • Je werkt zelfstandig en neemt graag initiatief
