Over de opdrachtgever Krijg jij energie van het bewaken van de cashflow van een groeiende, internationale organisatie? Wat ga je doen als "Credit Controller"? In samenwerking met het bestaande finance team, word je volledig opgenomen en ingewerkt om je expertise naar nieuwe hoogten te tillen. Je houdt nauwlettend toezicht op achterstallige facturen en betalingen, en wanneer nodig, ben je niet bang om vervolgstappen te ondernemen. Je vindingrijkheid komt goed van pas bij het onderhandelen over betalingsplannen met klanten en het opstellen van duidelijke leveringsvoorwaarden. Als Credit Controller ben je verantwoordelijk voor: - Beheer en minimaliseren van openstaande schulden van debiteuren; - Beheer van nieuwe kredietaanvragen en uitvoeren van kredietwaardigheidscontroles; - Beoordeling van interne en externe kredietlimieten; - Opvolgen van achterstallige facturen en betalingen; - Onderhandelen over betalingsplannen en eventueel vaststellen van leveringsvoorwaarden; - Rapporteren van betalingsproblemen aan het management of het juiste team; - Bijhouden van kredietgegevens en regelmatige analyse van het kredietcontrolesysteem; - Controleren van kredietrapporten van klanten en tijdige communicatie van beslissingen; - Samenwerking met verkoop, marketing, financiën en uitvoerende teamleden om het kredietcontrolesysteem te bewaken; - Evalueren van nieuwe kredietaanvragen en uitvoeren van kredietcontroles bij klanten; - Aandragen van ideeën om incassoprocessen te verbeteren; - Vriendelijk en ...
