Ben jij een ervaren financieel professional met een passie voor debiteurenbeheer en wil je een sleutelrol spelen binnen een internationale maritieme organisatie? Voor een toonaangevende speler in de maritieme sector zijn we op zoek naar een Credit Controller, ook bekend als Senior Debiteurenbeheerder, Credit Control Specialist, Senior Accounts Receivable Medewerker of Credit Manager Maritiem, die verantwoordelijk is voor het volledige debiteurenbeheer van een eigen klantenbestand.

In deze rol combineer je een scherp financieel inzicht met een proactieve en analytische aanpak. Je werkt dagelijks intensief samen met debiteuren en interne afdelingen en draagt actief bij aan een gezonde financiële flow binnen de organisatie. Je komt terecht in een hecht en familiale teamcultuur met flexibele werkuren en ruime doorgroeimogelijkheden.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Verantwoordelijk zijn voor het volledige debiteurenbeheer van een specifiek klantenbestand, zowel externe klanten als intercompany
  • Dagelijks intensief contact onderhouden met debiteuren om achterstallige vorderingen te incasseren
  • Betalingstermijnen opvolgen en de gepaste acties ondernemen binnen de aanmaningsprocedure
  • Proactief potentiële issues aankaarten bij de verschillende business afdelingen
  • Nieuwe klanten aanmaken in SAP en masterdata nauwgezet opvolgen
  • Afgewezen disputen met klanten opvolgen en betalingsaankondigingen voor grote klanten inboeken
  • Rapporteren aan de Credit Control Teamleader
  • Bachelordiploma bij voorkeur in een financiële of economische richting of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
  • Doorgedreven ervaring binnen credit control, debiteurenbeheer of een gelijkaardige financiële functie
  • Sterke interesse in de logistieke wereld en een goede financiële affiniteit
  • Sterk in prioriteiten stellen en niet afgeschrikt door deadlines
  • Cijfermatig, accuraat, punctueel en analytisch
  • Administratief sterk en routinematig werken schrikt je niet af
  • Vlotte beheersing van Nederlands en Engels, kennis van Frans en/of Duits is een pluspunt
  • Zowel zelfstandig als in teamverband kunnen werken
