Als Credit Controller in de zakelijke dienstverlening in Brussel ben je verantwoordelijk voor het beheren van klantendossiers en het opvolgen van openstaande betalingen. Je zorgt voor een vlotte en efficiënte inning van openstaande facturen.

Omschrijving

Als Credit Controller:

  • Beheer je de klantendossiers en volg je de openstaande betalingen op.
  • Analyseer je de kredietwaardigheid van klanten.
  • Onderhoud je contact met klanten om betalingen te bespreken en te regelen.
  • Werk je samen met interne afdelingen om betalingsproblemen op te lossen.
  • Rapporteer je regelmatige updates over betalingsstatussen aan het management.
  • Identificeer je risico's en neem je passende maatregelen om deze te beheren.
  • Controleer je klantrekeningen en voer je reconciliaties uit.
  • Ondersteun je bij de voorbereiding van rapportages en analyses.

Als Credit Controller heb je het volgende profiel:

  • Je hebt een opleiding in een relevant vakgebied, zoals financiën of boekhouding.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en bent sterk in het analyseren van gegevens.
  • Je bent communicatief en kunt goed omgaan met klanten.
  • Je hebt een probleemoplossende instelling en denkt proactief mee.
  • Je spreekt perfect Nederlands.
  • Je kunt vlot werken met relevante software en systemen.
