Als Credit Controller ben jij dé spil tussen klanten, interne teams en onze kredietpartners. Je beheert niet alleen cijfers, maar ook risico’s en relaties. Je verantwoordelijkheden zijn verdeeld over vier belangrijke pijlers:

Risicobeheer & Kredietanalyse

  • Je beoordeelt de kredietwaardigheid van (nieuwe) klanten
  • Je houdt toezicht op toegekende kredietlimieten
  • Je interpreteert financiële data uit interne én externe bronnen (zoals verzekeraars en Graydon)
  • Je optimaliseert de kredietverzekering en dekking

Orderbeheer & Geschillen

  • Je beheert klantorders en volgt de financiële flow nauwgezet op
  • Je onderneemt actie in de voorfase van mogelijke geschillen
  • Je werkt samen met advocaten en kredietverzekeraars om geschillen efficiënt op te lossen

Cash Collection

  • Je zet alles op alles om tijdige betalingen te realiseren
  • Je communiceert helder en kordaat met klanten bij openstaande posten
  • Je volgt proactief openstaande saldi op en komt met oplossingen

Samenwerking & Strategie

  • Je stemt nauw af met onze filialen en ondersteunt hen bij klantenbeheer
  • Je communiceert helder over kredietrisico’s en groeikansen
  • Je denkt actief mee over verbeteringen en optimalisaties in het proces
  • Je hebt al een eerste ervaring in een vergelijkbare functie (must!)
  • Je beschikt over een stevige basis in boekhouden en/of finance
  • Je werkt zelfstandig, gestructureerd en hebt een scherp oog voor detail
  • Je bent communicatief sterk, durft initiatief te nemen en denkt vooruit
  • Je kan overtuigen en onderhandelen op een professionele manier
  • Tweetaligheid (NL/FR) is een grote troef, net als een goede digitale mindset (Office 365, Lokad, ASW, …)
