The posting

Wie ooit een horecagroothandel van binnen zag, weet het: duizenden referenties in verschillende verpakkingsformaten, vaste leverfrequenties per klant en volumekortingen die per factuur verschillen. Onze klant werkt met een vergelijkbare logica, maar dan als Belgische leverancier en groothandel van accessoires en snacks die winkels en retailketens in België en daarbuiten bevoorraadt. Bij zoveel orders, kortingsafspraken en B2B-klantenrekeningen moet iemand ervoor zorgen dat wat geleverd wordt ook correct en tijdig betaald wordt. Om die rol vanuit de vestiging in Olen op te nemen, zoeken wij een Credit Controller.

Takenpakket:

  • Het kredietrisico is jouw terrein: je beoordeelt de solvabiliteit van nieuwe en bestaande afnemers, legt kredietplafonds voor en bewaakt ze samen met de commerciële collega's, en je beslist elke ochtend welke tegengehouden bestellingen vrijgegeven worden.
  • Loopt een rekening vast, dan neem je het heft in handen: je stuurt herinneringen en aanmaningen, meldt probleemdossiers bij de kredietverzekeraar en volgt ze op, en je lost betwiste facturen op met de klant.
  • Je bewaakt ook de cash-in: SEPA-incasso's en bijbehorende mandaten, ontvangsten en afwijkingen matchen met de juiste posten, kloppende stamgegevens van klanten in het ERP en afstemming met factoring en de financiële administratie, tot en met je bijdrage aan de jaarafsluiting met de auditor.

Profiel:

  • Een bachelor, of een gelijkwaardig niveau opgebouwd in credit control, debiteurenbeheer of boekhouding, vormt je basis; je wil voltijds werken.
  • Ouderdomsanalyses in Excel schrikken je niet af, en een ERP is voor jou een dagelijks werkinstrument.
  • Je bent assertief genoeg om een betaling af te dwingen, blijft daarbij communicatief, denkt analytisch en werkt accuraat. Gesprekken voer je moeiteloos in het Nederlands, Frans en Engels; Duitstaligen hebben een streepje voor.
