 Le tue responsabilità

  • Monitorare quotidianamente i conti clienti e identificare le fatture scadute
  • Effettuare solleciti di pagamento tramite telefono ed e-mail
  • Analizzare le situazioni di insoluto e proporre le azioni più appropriate
  • Negoziare piani di pagamento e seguirne l'attuazione
  • Gestire le contestazioni in collaborazione con il reparto commerciale
  • Aggiornare i dossier clienti e registrare le attività di recupero crediti negli strumenti di gestione
  • Partecipare all'analisi dello scadenzario clienti e dei principali indicatori di recupero crediti
  • Contribuire al miglioramento continuo delle procedure e dei processi interni
  • Hai maturato preferibilmente un'esperienza nel recupero crediti, nel credit control, nella fatturazione o in una funzione analoga in ambiente B2B
  • Una formazione in contabilità, gestione aziendale o amministrazione rappresenta un plus
  • Hai una perfetta padronanza del francese e dell'italiano, sia scritto che parlato
  • La conoscenza dell'olandese costituisce un vantaggio
  • Possiedi eccellenti capacità relazionali e comunicative
  • Sai combinare diplomazia, perseveranza e orientamento ai risultati
  • Sei una persona organizzata, precisa e autonoma
  • Sai gestire le priorità e prendere iniziative
  • Hai una buona conoscenza di Excel e dei principali strumenti gestionali
  • Sei riconosciuto per la tua affidabilità, discrezione e senso di responsabilità
