As a credit controller, you are responsible for the complete management of accounts receivable. In this position, you will work 40 hours per week in a dynamic and international team. You start your working day by checking outstanding payments and monitoring payment deadlines. Next, you contact customers about overdue invoices, send reminders, and follow up by phone where necessary. You are proactive in identifying and resolving payment risk issues and work closely with other departments such as sales and customer service to improve processes. Throughout the day, you handle daily receivables processing, keep the administration up to date, and accurately document all customer communications.

- Completed mbo or hbo degree, preferably in business administration
- At least 3 years of experience as a credit controller
- Excellent command of English, both spoken and written; knowledge of Dutch or other languages is a plus
- Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and financial systems
- Accurate, flexible, and proactive in a team environment
