Over de organisatie

Voor een internationale organisatie met meerdere vestigingen zoeken we een Debiteurenbeheerder. Je komt terecht in een professionele en groeiende werkomgeving waar samenwerking, klantgerichtheid en persoonlijke ontwikkeling centraal staan.

Jouw nieuwe functie Als Debiteurenbeheerder maak je deel uit van de financiële afdeling en rapporteer je aan de Teamleader. Je beheert zelfstandig de debiteurenportefeuille en zorgt voor een correcte en tijdige opvolging van openstaande facturen. Door professioneel contact met klanten te combineren met een scherp oog voor risico's, draag je bij aan een gezonde cashflow en duurzame klantrelaties. Jouw takenpakket:

  • Openstaande facturen proactief opvolgen en klanten tijdig contacteren
  • Klanten professioneel te woord staan over betalingsachterstanden en openstaande saldi
  • Haalbare betalingsregelingen uitwerken en gemaakte afspraken nauwgezet opvolgen
  • Debiteurenrisico's analyseren en hierover helder rapporteren aan de Teamleader
  • Samenwerken met andere afdelingen om klantdossiers en betalingsproblemen efficiënt op te lossen
  • Verbeterkansen signaleren en bijdragen aan efficiëntere processen binnen het debiteurenbeheer

Jouw profiel Je voelt je thuis in een administratief-financiële functie en herkent jezelf in het volgende profiel:

  • Je beschikt over een matuur werk- en denkniveau, bij voorkeur met een achtergrond in een financiële richting
  • Je hebt ervaring in debiteurenbeheer, credit control of een vergelijkbare functie
  • Je werkt proactief, resultaatgericht en oplossingsgericht
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van MS Office
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig, stelt de juiste prioriteiten en houdt het hoofd koel tijdens drukke momenten
  • Je communiceert vlot en professioneel in het Nederlands en Frans, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk
