Triple A Solutions ondersteunt bedrijven binnen de niche van Credit Control & Management. Daarin biedt zij verschillende oplossingen gaande van operationeel- en strategisch consultancy tot software- en outsourcing toepassingen.

Onze opgeleide en ervaren Credit Professionals zijn direct inzetbaar op locatie van de klant, zowel voor personeels- als voor projectoplossingen. Maatwerk en opvolging door onze eigen Project Managers maken onze dienstverlening uniek en dragen bij tot een efficiënter debiteurenbeheer en de optimalisatie van de cashflow.

Opgericht begin 2008 telt Triple A Solutions vandaag meer dan 100 medewerkers.

Onze collega’s zijn allemaal actief binnen dezelfde niche: Credit Control & Management. Daar wij onze verdere groei structureel wensen te ondersteunen, zijn wij actief op zoek naar een:

  • Schriftelijke en telefonische opvolging van openstaande klantenfacturen
  • Behandelen van functionele klantenvragen
  • Bepalen van kredietlimieten
  • Genereren van maandelijkse rapporten naar het management en/of sales departement
  • Overleg met diverse afdelingen
  • Opmaak afbetalingsplannen
  • Inleiden verdere stappen voor probleemklanten (incasso, advocaten,...)
  • Diploma Hoger Onderwijs of gelijkwaardig door ervaring, bij voorkeur in een financiële richting
  • Minimaal 3 jaar ervaring als Credit Collector en maximum 3 jaar ervaring als Controller
  • U bent assertief, communicatief en een teamplayer
  • U vindt perfect het evenwicht tussen diplomatie en overtuigingskracht
  • Goede kennis van MS Office
  • Goede kennis van Nederlands/ Frans. Andere talen zijn een plus.
