Voor een innovatieve organisatie in centrum Antwerpen actief in HR zijn we op zoek naar een Credit & Legal Collector. Vanuit het centrale shared services center ondersteun je verschillende business units en speel je een sleutelrol in het identificeren, beheren en beperken van financiële risico’s binnen de organisatie.

In deze rol draag je actief bij aan een gezonde financiële werking en zorg je ervoor dat klanten op een correcte en duurzame manier kunnen samenwerken met de diverse business units.

Wat mag je concreet verwachten van je takenpakket?

  • Je analyseert de kredietwaardigheid van klanten en bepaalt passende kredietlimieten.
  • Je volgt openstaande facturen nauwgezet op en onderneemt de nodige acties om betalingsrisico’s te beperken.
  • Je bewaakt en beheert contentieuze dossiers en werkt samen met kredietverzekeraars, advocaten en incassopartners.
  • Je geeft financieel advies aan collega’s en fungeert als sparringpartner voor verschillende business units.
  • Je neemt deel aan maandelijkse creditmeetings en denkt mee na over risico’s en complexe klantendossiers.
  • Je hebt een bachelor of master in een economische of financiële richting of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
  • Je spreekt vlot Nederlands en Frans.
  • Je bent analytisch sterk, neemt graag initiatief en durft dossiers grondig uit te spitten.
  • Je combineert overtuigingskracht en commercieel denkvermogen met sterke communicatievaardigheden.
  • Je bent klantgericht en een toegankelijke gesprekspartner voor andere afdelingen.
  • Kennis van onguard is een troef
