Geen grijze bureaus, geen dertien in een dozijn vacature waarin je verdwijnt in een hoekje, maar een job die je hersenen prikkelt en je een blik achter de schermen geeft bij bedrijven uit alle sectoren, van banken tot ziekenhuizen en zelfs de Big Four.

Wie zijn wij?

Ons kantoor in Tienen is al jaren een vaste waarde in de incassowereld. Niet door hard te roepen of de botte bijl boven te halen, maar door te kiezen voor een respectvolle, constructieve aanpak.

We werken zowel B2B als B2C, met klanten uit Vlaanderen, de rest van Europa en ver daarbuiten. Van kleinere KMO's tot namen die iedereen kent, tot en met bedrijven uit de BEL20. Onze collega's komen uit maar liefst 149 landen, dus diversiteit is bij ons geen slogan maar dagelijkse realiteit. Zin om deel uit te maken van een groeiend en sociaal geëngageerd team? Wat ga jij doen?

Als Credit Controller ben je de spil tussen klant, debiteur en juridische dienst. Je zoekt samen met alle partijen naar haalbare afbetalingsplannen, voert constructieve gesprekken en schakelt waar nodig juridische partners in. Stap voor stap word je opgeleid, en je draagt al snel echte verantwoordelijkheid.

  • Dossiers opvolgen van A tot Z, zowel pré-gerechtelijk als gerechtelijk
  • Constructieve gesprekken voeren met debiteuren en haalbare betalingsplannen opstellen
  • Klanten adviseren over het juiste stappenplan
  • De solvabiliteit van klanten analyseren, garanties controleren en openstaande saldi bewaken
  • Domiciliëring en SEPA-mandaten beheren
  • Samenwerken met advocaten, rechtbanken, deurwaarders, banken en factoringbedrijven
  • Rapporteren aan klanten in binnen- en buitenland
  • Communiceren in het Nederlands, Frans en Engels zijn een mooie plus

Wie zoeken wij?

Je hoeft geen jaren ervaring te hebben, wél de juiste mindset.

  • Een bachelor of master in een juridische of economische richting
  • Communicatief sterk, maar nog sterker in luisteren
  • In het bezit van een rijbewijs B
  • Een gezonde portie empathie en respect voor elke partij, maar ook assertief genoeg om je punt te maken
  • Taalvaardig: Nederlands is een must, Frans en Engels een pluspunt
  • Leergierig en gemotiveerd om bij te leren, zowel juridisch als menselijk
  • Je kiest bewust voor deze job en hebt een stabiel parcours voor ogen
