Om als kredietverlener op een duurzame manier te groeien is een strak risicobeheer onontbeerlijk. Hoe beheren en rapporteren we het best onze kredietrisico’s? Wat is onze risicobereidheid? Hoe blijven we in lijn met regelgevingen? Als Credit Risk Manager buig jij je over deze belangrijke vragen en geef je hierover advies en ondersteuning aan senior management en business stakeholders.

Je versterkt de beleidsafdeling van Group Credit Risk. Samen bepalen we de standaarden voor kredietrisico’s binnen KBC Groep, inclusief de daaraan verbonden environmental, social en governance risks (ESG). We analyseren de kredietportefeuilles en zorgen ervoor dat ons risicobeheer in lijn ligt met de geldende regelgeving.

Deze verantwoordelijkheid brengt je in contact met experten en collega’s uit andere entiteiten van KBC (verspreid over vijf landen) en afdelingen die op groepsniveau werken. Klinkt dat goed? Ga dan deze uitdaging aan en groei uit tot beleidsexpert kredietrisico’s.

Jobomschrijving

  • Je implementeert (delen van) het kader rond prudentiële regelgeving voor kredietrisico's. Dat klinkt misschien als iets puur juridisch, maar dat is het niet. Jij bepaalt hoe we omgaan met regulatory requirements en dit integreren in het kredietbeleid, op een effectieve én efficiënte manier. Je gaat ook gericht na of de richtlijnen in praktijk gevolgd worden.
  • Hiervoor verdiep je je in onze activiteiten rond kredietverlening, de manier waarop we risico’s meten (PD’s, LGD’s, RWA’s) en mogelijke concentraties in onze klantenportefeuille. Je onderbouwt voorstellen om hiermee om te gaan en geeft zo mee vorm aan ons kredietbeleid.
  • Je monitort en analyseert de kredietportefeuille van KBC Groep vanuit verschillende insteken en haalt er waardevolle inzichten uit. Die vertaal je ook naar concrete actiepunten.
  • Het resultaat van analyses en beleidsopdrachten stel je voor aan verschillende stakeholders, onder wie senior managers en toezichthouders.
  • Je hebt een masterdiploma economie, (ingenieurs-)wetenschappen, technologie of wiskunde. Idealiter heb je een aantal jaren relevante werkervaring.
  • Topics als kredietverlening en prudentiële regelgeving voor banken boeien je. Je kijkt ernaar uit om je er (verder) in te verdiepen.
  • Je bent sterk in analyseren en synthetiseren, en ziet de economische realiteit achter de cijfers.
  • Je communiceert helder in het Engels, zowel schriftelijk als mondeling.
  • Net als je collega’s leer je vlot bij, deel je graag kennis en werk je zelfstandig. Tegelijk hou je ervan om als team doelen te bereiken.
  • Dankzij je organisatietalent en overtuigingskracht krijg je collega’s mee in een verhaal. Zo lukt het je om samen met anderen resultaten te boeken.
  • Ook onder (tijds)druk hou je het hoofd koel. Jouw antwoord daarop is prioriteiten stellen en je werk efficiënt organiseren.
