Dein Fokus liegt klar in der Organisation und Verwaltung:

-Bewerbermanagement (Sichtung, Koordination, Kommunikation)

-Unterstützung im Recruiting und bei der Talentauswahl

-Koordination und Organisation von Unterkünften (Zimmervermietung)

-Unterstützung bei der Abrechnung unserer Mitarbeiter

- Faktura Kontrolle und Rechnungsmanagement

-Verwaltung und Pflege von Stellenanzeigen

-Allgemeine organisatorische und administrative Tätigkeiten

-Betreuung unserer Social-Media Kanäle

¿ Du sorgst im Hintergrund dafür, dass alles reibungslos läuft.

¿ Was dich erwartet

- Gehalt mind. auf Vollzeitbasis: € 2.600 brutto (aliquot für 20h)

- Klare Kernarbeitszeiten für Struktur im Alltag

- Flexible Aufteilung deiner 20 Stunden nach Absprache (bevorzugt vormittags)

- Direkte Zusammenarbeit mit der Geschäftsführung
