Functieomschrijving Als Crew Operations Assistant ben jij onmisbaar in het soepel laten verlopen van de bemanningsplanning binnen de internationale scheepvaart. Jij ondersteunt de Crew Superintendent bij alle dagelijkse taken rond personeelswissels, administratieve processen en communicatie met internationale partners. Je zorgt dat alles tot in de puntjes geregeld is, van documenten tot reizen en van planning tot last-minute wijzigingen. Op een gemiddelde werkdag start je op kantoor in Rhoon of werk je thuis (na je inwerkperiode). Je checkt de laatste updates en neemt contact op met agenten, reders en scheepsbemanningen over de hele wereld. Je verwerkt crew changes, controleert certificaten en regelt reis- en verblijfsmogelijkheden voor bemanningsleden. Geen dag is hetzelfde: soms moet je snel schakelen bij onverwachte wijzigingen of plotselinge aanvragen. Je houdt overzicht, blijft communicatief sterk en lost problemen direct op.
